    A Bill to amend Sections 50-23-90, as amended, 50-23-140, as amended, and 50-23-210, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to titling of watercraft, so as to require either the year model of the watercraft or outboard motor or the year of manufacture to be contained in the certificate of title; to require a notarized signature on lien discharge statements; and to allow suspension of a title certificate if the watercraft or outboard motor is transferred and registered in another state.
