    A Bill to amend Section 47-11-340, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the grading service of the Department of Agriculture, so as to provide that funds derived from such service shall be used for the purpose of compensating grading personnel and providing that the proceeds shall be deposited with the State Treasurer to the account of the department to be expended for authorized purposes.
