    A Bill to amend Section 56-5-3660, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to required helmets for operators or passengers of two-wheeled motorized vehicles and Section 56-5-3670, relating to required goggles or face shields for operators or passengers of two-wheeled motorized vehicles, so as to only require such helmets and goggles for operators or passengers under twenty-one years of age.
