A Bill to amend Section 42-9-301, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to Workers' Compensation and lump sum payments, so as to provide that lump sum payments of nonaccrued weekly benefits may not be permitted except under certain circumstances, and to provide that this Section may not be construed to prevent the Industrial Commission from approving a structured settlement under certain circumstances.
