    A Bill to amend Section 50-17-1330, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to commercial harvesting of shellfish in a certain area of Georgetown County, so as to change the Game Zone reference from Game Zone No. 7 to Game Zone No. 9 and to delete the low watermark limitation and change the fine penalty from not more than one hundred dollars to not less than fifty dollars nor more than two hundred dollars.
