    A Bill to amend Section 14-21-620, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the disposition of cases involving juveniles and commitment proceedings related thereto, so as to authorize participation in a program of supervised work and community service as a condition of probation and provide for restitution for persons damaged or injured by the acts of a juvenile from the remuneration paid to juveniles for participation in such work programs.
