    A Bill to amend Article 3, Chapter 37, Title 38, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the regulation of automobile insurance by adding Section 38-37-155 so as to provide that the governing board of the South Carolina Reinsurance Facility shall accept applications from certain licensed agents who wish to become designated producers for the Facility and may designate these applicants as producers for the Facility.
