H 3009 General Bill, By J.H. Toal
    A Bill to amend Section 57-9-20, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to abandonment or closing of streets, roads, or highways, so as to provide that when a street, road or highway is abandoned or closed the person in whom title is vested shall pay an amount to be determined by a court of competent jurisdiction and that the amount so paid be deposited with the Treasurer of the county where the property is located
