    A Bill to amend Section 50-17-1055, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the required distance of commercial fishing devices from fishing piers or manmade jetties, so as to provide that the activities referred to in this Section are not barred within the corporate limits of a municipality whose northern and southern boundaries are located between two fishing piers which are not more than one thousand one hundred fifty yards distant from each other.
