    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 1-3-245 so as to provide that a member of a state board, council, commission, or committee who has three consecutive unexcused absences from meetings is considered removed from office and a vacancy is created; to require the Chairman to immediately notify the appointing authority of the vacancy; and to provide that this Section does not apply to ex officio members or their designees.-amended title
