    A Bill to ratify an amendment to Section 22, Article V of the Constitution of South Carolina, 1895, relating to grand and petit jurors, so as to delete the requirement that jurors must be qualified electors of this State and be of good moral character, and provide that jurors must be residents of this State and have such other qualifications as the General Assembly may prescribe.
