    A Joint Resolution to authorize the Board of Trustees of the School District of Greenville County to levy an additional four and one-half mills over the fiscal year 1982-83 levy, four mills to be used for a pay raise for school employees and one-half mill to be used for a fiscal and management audit of the school district, and to provide that the tax levy revert to sixty-seven and four-tenths mills after fiscal year 1983-84.
