    A Bill to amend Section 50-13-680, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to Red Bluff Pond in Marlboro County, so as to prohibit the taking of fish by any method from the pond without a permit issued by Marlboro County American Legion Post Sixty, and to provide that fishing in Red Bluff Pond should be subject to the same laws governing fishing in Lake Paul A. Wallace in Marlboro County.
