    A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 43-1-205 SO AS TO REQUIRE AN AGENCY RECEIVING FUNDS FROM THE DEPARTMENT OF SOCIAL SERVICES FOR THE TREATMENT OF PERPETRATORS OF DOMESTIC VIOLENCE TO COMPLY WITH PROGRAM STANDARDS CONTAINED IN THE DEPARTMENT'S ANNUAL BATTERED SPOUSE STATE PLAN INCLUDING THAT TREATMENT SERVICES AND SUPERVISION MUST BE PROVIDED BY A PERSON WITH A MASTER'S DEGREE IN SOCIAL WORK, COUNSELING, OR ANOTHER RELATED FIELD.-AMENDED TITLE
