    A Bill to amend Section 56-3-120, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to exemptions from the vehicle registration and licensing requirement, so as to exclude lawn and garden tractors and construction equipment from the exemption; to amend Section 56-3-240, relating to the content of an application for vehicle registration and licensing, so as to exempt owners of lawn and garden tractors and construction equipment transferred from a previous owner from completing the odometer disclosure statement; by adding Section 56-3-642 so as to provide the fee for obtaining a title and registering lawn and garden tractors and construction equipment.
