    A Bill to redefine the precinct lines in Dorchester County, to provide that maps defining precinct lines shall be filed with certain officials, and to require that duplicate voter registration certificates be mailed to persons whose registration is transferred by this Act and to repeal Act 356 of 1982, relating to precinct lines in Dorchester County.
