    A Bill to amend Section 56-3-620, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the annual registration fee for private passenger-carrying vehicles, so as to provide that the fee of ten dollars annually is authorized for persons sixty-five years of age or older who leases a vehicle.
