    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 10-1-180 so as to provide that the governmental entity responsible for maintenance of public property where an accident or crime occurred shall disinfect and dispose of blood, body fluids, or body tissue left from the accident or crime.
