    A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 16-17-420, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO DISTURBING SCHOOLS OR COLLEGES, SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT IT MAY BE INFERRED THAT A PERSON WHO ENGAGES IN PICKETING, A DEMONSTRATION, OR A PROTEST ON THE PREMISES OF A SCHOOL OR COLLEGE, OR WITHIN SIGHT OR HEARING OF A STUDENT, TEACHER, EMPLOYEE, OFFICIAL, LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICER, OR OTHER PERSON LAWFULLY ON, ENTERING OR LEAVING THE PREMISES OF THE SCHOOL OR COLLEGE, INTENDS TO WILFULLY OR UNNECESSARILY INTERFERE WITH OR DISTURB THE SCHOOL OR COLLEGE.
