    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 16-3-1045 so as to make it unlawful and a felony for any person at least eighteen years of age to knowingly and intentionally use, solicit, direct, hire, persuade, induce, entice, coerce, or employ a person under eighteen to commit certain crimes, to make it unlawful to conspire to do the above, and to provide penalties for violation.-amended title
