Summary: Fraternity and sorority license plates
    AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION 56-3-7750, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO THE ISSUANCE OF FRATERNITY AND SORORITY SPECIAL LICENSE PLATES, SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT FEES COLLECTED PURSUANT TO THIS SECTION MAY BE USED FOR ACADEMIC SCHOLARSHIPS, OR TO FUND PROGRAMS THAT SEND BOYS AND GIRLS WHO ARE AT LEAST EIGHT YEARS OLD AND NOT MORE THAN SIXTEEN YEARS OLD TO SUMMER CAMP, OR BOTH; TO AMEND SECTION 56-3-1240, RELATING TO THE DISPLAY OF MOTOR VEHICLE LICENSE PLATES, SO AS TO PROVIDE FOR THE DISPLAY OF LICENSE PLATES ON CERTAIN COMMERCIAL MOTOR VEHICLES; AND TO AMEND SECTION 56-3-8100, AS AMENDED, RELATING TO THE PRODUCTION AND DISTRIBUTION OF SPECIAL LICENSE PLATES, SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT CERTAIN PROVISIONS CONTAINED IN THIS SECTION DO NOT APPLY TO THE PRODUCTION AND DISTRIBUTION OF KOREAN WAR SPECIAL LICENSE PLATES. - ratified title
