    A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 44-61-107 SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT A CITY, COUNTY, OR OTHER POLITICAL SUBDIVISION THAT OWNS AND OPERATES AN EMERGENCY AMBULANCE MAY PAINT AND PLACE EMBLEMS AND MARKINGS ON THE EXTERIOR SURFACE OF THE AMBULANCE AS THE ENTITY CHOOSES.
