H*3261 (Rat #0587, Act #0563 of 1980) General Bill, By  House Ways and Means
    A Bill to amend Act 199 of 1979, the State General Appropriation Act, so as to provide that the Citadel, Clemson University, the College of Charleston, Francis Marion College, Lander College, South Carolina State College, the University of South Carolina and Winthrop College shall be funded by using the number of full-time equivalent students on the fall date of enrollment instead of the average enrollment on November 1, 1979, and February 1, 1979, and to eliminate the time limit for such colleges and universities to submit a revised budget to the Budget and Control Board and the Joint Appropriations Review Committee which reflects a change in appropriated funds.
