    A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 57-3-210 SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT THE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION SHALL OBTAIN APPROVAL FROM A COUNTY'S LEGISLATIVE DELEGATION BEFORE THE DEPARTMENT CLOSES A BRIDGE FOR REPAIRS THAT WILL NOT BE COMPLETED WITHIN A FORTY-FIVE DAY PERIOD.
