    A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 50-5-135 SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT IT IS UNLAWFUL TO EXPORT FOR COMMERCIAL PURPOSES LIVE SEA OR FRESHWATER TURTLES WHICH ARE CAUGHT OR CAPTURED IN THE WILD IN THIS STATE AND TO PROVIDE PENALTIES FOR VIOLATIONS.
