    A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 59-40-190, AS AMENDED, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF A CHARTER SCHOOL, SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT A CHARTER SCHOOL CHARTERED BEFORE 2006 MAY HAVE A MEMBER OF THE SCHOOL GOVERNING BODY WHO ALSO RECEIVES PAY AS AN EMPLOYEE OF THE SAME SCHOOL.
