    A Bill to amend Section 59-67-240, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to duties and disciplinary powers of school bus drivers, so as to require drivers to report promptly any misconduct or the violation of instructions to the governing head of the school to or from which pupils are transported; and to permit district boards of school trustees to authorize school administrators to suspend or expel pupils from riding a bus for misconduct or for violating instructions of the driver.
