    A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 24-21-435 SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT CERTAIN SEX OFFENDERS WHO ARE SERVING A PROBATIONARY SENTENCE MUST BE PLACED UNDER GLOBAL POSITIONING SYSTEM SATELLITE SURVEILLANCE CONTINUOUSLY FOR THE DURATION OF THEIR PROBATIONARY SENTENCES BY THE DEPARTMENT OF PROBATION, PAROLE AND PARDON SERVICES.
