H 3304 General Bill, By J.B. Wilder, M.D. Burriss and Rhoad
    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 31-17-45 so as to require manufacturers of manufactured homes to affix a permanent metal plate on which is imprinted the serial number of the home within three feet of its principal door.
