    A Bill to amend Chapter 3, Title 47, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to dogs and other domestic pets, by adding Article 11 so as to regulate the training, care, custody, and control of dangerous dogs, to provide for their seizure, impoundment, and destruction, to define persons who may lawfully enter property where dangerous dogs are located, and to provide penalties for violations and to provide that magistrates have jurisdiction to try cases involving violations.-amended title
