    A Bill to amend Section 50-11-2110, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, as amended, relating to buying or selling deer, so as to provide that the hide of a deer legally taken, may be sold, bartered, offered for sale or in possession, and to provide further that hides from legally taken deer may be bought, sold or bartered for a period of thirty calendar days following the end of the deer season.
