TO AMEND ARTICLE 1, CHAPTER 13, TITLE 8, RELATING TO GENERAL PROVISIONS CONCERNING ETHICS, GOVERNMENT ACCOUNTABILITY, AND CAMPAIGN REFORM, BY AMENDING THE DEFINITION OF "ECONOMIC INTEREST", ADDING A DEFINITION FOR "ELECTED OFFICIAL";
