A Bill to change the name of the Greater Greenville Sewer District, also known as the Greenville County Sewer Authority, to the Western Carolina Regional Sewer Authority; and to amend Act 745 of 1967, relating to the Greenville County Sewer Authority, so as to change the name of the Authority to the Western Carolina Regional Sewer Authority, to provide that members of the commission governing the Authority must be residents of the counties comprising the Authority and residents of the territory of the Authority, provide that at least one member must be from Anderson County and one from Laurens County, to increase the number of members of the Commission from seven to nine members, and to define "legislative delegation" for purposes of making recommendations to the Governor for appointments the the Commission as House members and Senators whose districts include all or any part of the county from which the member must be appointed and whose districts also include territory of the Authority.-amended title
