    A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 59-67-545 SO AS TO AUTHORIZE PARENTS AND OTHER ADULT SCHOOL VOLUNTEERS OR EMPLOYEES TO RIDE ROUTE SCHOOL BUSES ON A SPACE AVAILABLE BASIS, TO PROVIDE THAT PARENTS AND OTHER ADULTS ALSO MAY RIDE SCHOOL BUSES IN CONJUNCTION WITH SPECIAL PROGRAMS THAT ARE SPONSORED BY THE LOCAL SCHOOL DISTRICT, AND TO PROVIDE THE CONDITIONS UNDER WHICH THE ABOVE IS PERMITTED.-AMENDED TITLE
