    A Bill to amend Section 7-7-230, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to voting precincts in Dorchester County, so as to designate the voting precincts in Dorchester County, so as to designate the voting precincts and voting places and to provide that maps defining precinct lines must be filed with the State Election Commission and maintained by the Division of Research and Statistical Services of the State Budget and Control Board; and to require that duplicate voter registration certificates be mailed to persons whose registration is transferred.
