    AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION 45-2-70, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO THE POSTING OF RULES IN LODGING ESTABLISHMENTS, TO REQUIRE THE POSTING OF A NOTICE REQUIRED BY SECTION 45-5-80; AND BY ADDING SECTION 45-5-80 SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT ALL LODGING ESTABLISHMENTS NOT REQUIRED TO HAVE A FIRE SPRINKLER SYSTEM MUST POST A NOTICE IN A CONSPICUOUS PLACE AT OR NEAR THE GUEST REGISTRATION DESK AND PROVIDE A PENALTY. - ratified title
