    A Bill to amend Section 59-39-320, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the required content of high school driver education and training programs, so as to revise the required content, and to amend the 1976 Code by adding Section 59-39-325 so as to provide that satisfactory completion of this driver education course is a requirement for a state high school diploma for all students graduating during or after the 1990-91 school year.
