    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 16-3-75 so as to provide that any person who maliciously tampers with any human drug product or food item with the intent to do bodily harm to a person is guilty of a felony; and to amend Section 16-1-10, as amended, relating to the crimes classified as a felony, so as to include the crime of maliciously tampering with a human drug product or food item.
