    A Bill to amend Section 12-35-550, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to exemptions from sales tax so as to provide that effective July 1, 1987, telephone carrier access charges and customer access line charges established by the Federal Communications Commission or the South Carolina Public Service Commission are also exempt from the sales tax.
