    A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 20-7-530, AS AMENDED, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO PHOTOGRAPHS, X-RAYS, AND OTHER MEDICAL EXAMINATIONS OF AREAS OF TRAUMA VISIBLE ON A CHILD SUBJECT TO A REPORT OF SUSPECTED CHILD ABUSE, SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT COPIES OF ALL PHOTOGRAPHS, NEGATIVES, RADIOLOGICAL, AND OTHER MEDICAL REPORTS MUST BE SENT TO THE DEPARTMENT OF SOCIAL SERVICES RATHER THAN THE ORIGINALS OF ALL PHOTOGRAPHS, NEGATIVES, AND REPORTS AT THE TIME A REPORT PURSUANT TO SECTION 20-7-510 IS MADE, OR AS SOON AS REASONABLY POSSIBLE AFTER THE REPORT IS MADE.-AMENDED TITLE
