    A Joint Resolution to authorize school trustees to waive up to three days of required school attendance because of inclement weather during the 1987-88 school year and to provide that state employees, including school teachers, are not required to compensate sick days, holidays, vacation, or annual leave time for any day that the state offices are closed due to inclement weather during the 1988 year.
