    A Bill to reconstitute the District Board of Education of the Chesterfield County School District into a nine member board with seven single-member districts and two members elected at large, with two-year terms, and elected at a nonpartisan election held at the time of the General Election, to delay for two years the first election of the two at-large members, to continue in office until the expiration of their terms current board members whose terms expire after 1984, and to repeal Section 1 of Act 162 of 1945 (Section 21-1851 of the 1962 Code) relating to the Chesterfield District Board of Education.
