    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 55-5-89 so as to establish a Rural Airport Emergency/Economic Development Fund to be used to aid an airport or landing strip used by the public which requires emergency construction and provide for authorization of the use of the Fund, requirements of the Aeronautics Commission, Budget and Control Board, and Joint Bond Review Committee, and appropriations to the Fund.
