    A Bill to amend Sections 38-7-80 and 38-7-90, both as amended, 38-7-10 through 38-7-30, 38-7-70, 38-7-100 and 38-7-110, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to minimum nonforfeiture benefits required for life insurance policies, and to amend the Code by adding Sections 38-7-91, 38-7-92 and 38-7-101 so as to increase the authorize interest rate for calculating such benefits, to provide for an updated mortality table for calculating such benefits, to provide for automatic updating of mortality and interest assumptions, to provide flexibility for calculating values in policies, and to adjust expense allowances for calculating such values.
