    A Bill to amend Act 270 of 1981, relating to the method of election and terms of office of members of the Board of Trustees of Fort Mill School District No. 4 in York County, so as to provide that those trustees elected in November of 1982 shall serve terms of three years and to provide that the Board may fill a vacancy instead of requiring them to fill such vacancy.
