    A BILL TO AMEND CHAPTER 25, TITLE 50, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO BOATING AND SURFING BY ADDING ARTICLE 10 RELATING TO MOTORBOATS ON TUGALO LAKE SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT, WITH CERTAIN EXCEPTIONS, NO MOTOR IN EXCESS OF TWENTY HORSEPOWER SHALL BE USED ON ANY VESSEL OPERATED ON TUGALO LAKE, AND TO PROVIDE PENALTIES FOR VIOLATIONS.
