    A Bill to amend Section 57-1-45, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the reimbursement to the Department of Highways and Public Transportation for expenses paid for the dedication of roads or bridges named in honor of an individual by Act of the General Assembly, so as to expand the provisions of the Section to include other highway facilities, to provide that the reimbursement must be for expenses incurred and must come from the "C" funds of the county wherein the road or facility is located rather than from the State Highway Fund, to revise the manner in which reimbursement for these expenses is approved, to limit the amount of these expenses, and to provide for the reimbursement of expenses incurred by the Department to name and dedicate a highway facility pursuant to a request from other than the General Assembly.
