    A Bill to amend Sections 40-67-60, 40-67-80, and 40-67-150, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the State Board of Examiners in Speech Pathology and Audiology, so as to delete the requirement that licensees must be of good moral character, to change the composition of the Board, to establish terms of members, to provide for the filling of vacancies, to provide that revenues shall be paid to the State Treasurer, to provide that the Board shall levy fees and assessments in an amount to equal the appropriations made to the Board, and to reauthorize the existence of the State Board of Examiners in Speech Pathology and Audiology.
