    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 59-73-160 so as to authorize tuition fees to be charged to students who reside on military bases or federal establishments and who attend the public schools of this State if the Federal Government reduces the amount of Federal Impact Aid provided to the school district concerned, and to establish the amount and conditions of such tuition fees.
