    A JOINT RESOLUTION TO PROVIDE THAT THE SCHOOL DAY OF FEBRUARY 1, 1999, MISSED BY STUDENTS OF THE SANS SOUCI ELEMENTARY SCHOOL IN GREENVILLE COUNTY FOR SCHOOL YEAR 1998-99 WHEN THEIR SCHOOL WAS CLOSED DUE TO LOSS OF HEAT IN THE BUILDINGS, IS EXEMPT FROM THE MAKE-UP REQUIREMENT OF THE DEFINED MINIMUM PLAN THAT FULL SCHOOL DAYS MISSED DUE TO EXTREME WEATHER OR OTHER CIRCUMSTANCES BE MADE UP.
